This week Horizon sent a notice that on July 1st you will no longer have the ability to rely on my office as the medical home for your children. Horizon encouraged you to find a new pediatrician. I want to assure you that this is not the case.
Negotiations between Advocare and Horizon will remain ongoing with my confidence of a signed contract before July 1st. In the unlikely event this negotiation continues past July 1st, I will not disrupt care for the health of your children within Advocare Brighton Pediatrics.
I am committed to your families and I will not let your children lose my care center as your trusted medical home.
